“This is heaven on earth. It was peaceful, quiet, safe, very clean, everything worked so well, it was beautiful oceanfront I could see the ocean from my bed… I call this my perfect hideout from the busyness of life. I feel so relaxed and will definitely go again… it’s the best kept secret. I came here after reading the reviews and for sure the view is breathtaking! I couldn’t take enough pictures and videos. From the living room and bedroom balcony you see the oceanfront. I was looking for a great view and this did the trick. The high ceilings and amazing shower and bathtub were a plus. Electric fireplace in bedroom was great! I just love this place. The owners were so gracious and amazing in communication. You must try this place. “

Wow - what an incredible stay! From the moment we walked in, the villa was spotless, smelled amazing, and immediately felt welcoming. Even the small touches stood out: brand new toilet paper still wrapped with the cover, a sanitization seal on the toilet, and a fully stocked kitchen complete with oil, spices, condiments, Ziplocs, utensils, etc. No Keurig here, but honestly, the Starbucks instant coffee smelled and tasted so good- it was a treat in itself! The space is beautifully decorated, super spacious, and perfect for accommodating a group. One of the biggest highlights for me was how crisp and clean the bedsheets were - better than hotel quality, which was a HUGE deal for me as I typically have difficulty sleeping on beds that are not mine. Ana, who handles the cleaning here, deserves all the praise; everything was immaculate, and the beds were so comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and comforters in storage. The family room was another favorite. We were able to connect our Nintendo Switch to the TV for games, so if you want to stream ur own shows or movies, just bring an HDMI cable. And then there’s the wrap-around balcony… pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely stunning, with 3 tables and a cozy couch outside. Super spacious. The only suggestion I’d make is adding some outdoor lighting, but that’s such a small detail compared to everything else. Amber, the host, was wonderful. Super communicative and helpful from start to finish, giving us all the info we needed (from Wi-Fi to where to be dropped off since this home is inside a cliffside gated community). The included golf cart was a GAME CHANGER!! Perfect for quick trips to a nearby spot (like Descanso Beach), exploring the island in 1-2 hours, or even a nighttime scenic drive for fun. On top of that, Amber kindly accommodated a last-minute request for us, going above and beyond out of sheer kindness. Shows her character. Shes the type of person you want to do business with. This was honestly a perfect stay. Between the thoughtful details, the cleanliness, the views, and the accommodating host, I can’t recommend this villa enough. Thank you, Amber. We’ll definitely be back!

An incredible stay in Catalina at Hamilton Cove. As an extended family of nine, we rented #33 and #56. The balconies were across from each other and it took a few steps down and up to visit each condo but it was perfect for us. Both condos were nicely decorated and in perfect condition. The kitchen was well stocked and made good use of it along with the BBQ. We appreciated the extra beach towels for our daily trips to the beach. The use of the golf carts were an amazing perk and well used. But that incredible view left us speechless! We felt we were on the Mediterranean! Much time was spent on our balconies enjoying the ocean view and breathing in the cool sea breeze. Two spectacular villas! We are truly spoiled and won’t stay anywhere else! Amber of Dream Vacations was very kind and accommodating. Thank you Amber for helping us to have a very memorable family vacation!

Beautiful home with incredible views. We have spent time ion the coasts of Greece and Italy and felt that we were transported there without the long flight. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is one of the best equipped I have experienced in my more than 50 Airbnb stays. Amber is truly a super host who goes out of her way to provide excellent comfort and customer service. I highly recommend a stay at this home.

Had a great stay at one of their properties for Spring Break with the kids. The property was very clean, roomy, and well-appointed with amazing views of the ocean. We had access to the pool, hot tub, and private beach. Our property came with a golf cart, which was great for us to venture into Avalon for dinner and activities. Amber was super communicative and we just had the best vacation. Would definitely stay again!

Where to start!? What a freaking slice of heaven at Amber's spot. It was like staying in Greece with the white pristine building against the beautiful blue waters. This place was absolutely amazing! It was exactly as described in the listing. The place was easy to find and it was so nice not to have to climb 100's of stairs. This one had maybe 8 stairs!! The kitchen was well stocked and the place smelled so good walking into. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable! It was so relaxing sitting on the patio enjoying sunset with my dinner then enjoying my coffee and breakfast in the morning! I highly recommend Amber's place. The golf cart makes it so easy to get around! Seriously a little piece of paradise.

Our stay in villa 97 was spectacular! It was just as promised, with an amazing view, comfortable bed, and everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The golf cart was great for going down to the beach and in to town. We're already talking about getting back there as soon as we possibly can!

What an incredible getaway from the city! My family came for a couple nights and had a fantastic time! The golf cart was key to getting around, exploring, and shopping. We enjoyed the condo, the views and the sound of the ocean at night! The pool/hot tub were perfect for our daughter and we had a nice day at the beach club nearby. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed to eat in one night as well. Beds were comfortable and fire place kept us warm on a chilly evening. We even brought take out sushi to eat on our last night overlooking the ocean. A+! Amber was super available and easy to reach when I couldn't find our lockbox code, she was helpful when I asked about another unit for the future. I felt very cared for. We WILL be back.

My brother-in-law gifted us a weekend stay at Hamilton Cove Villa in Catalina Island thru Catalina Dream Vacations, Amber at the rental agency ensured we had a great time and made the check-in easy. The villa is truly beautiful with spectacular beach front views, pool and private beach. The Kitchen is fully equipped to cook any meals. Highly recommend Catalina Dream Vacations, definitely will be back next year!

There are not enough words allowed in this review to explain in detail how amazing this experience was. We stayed in the "penthouse" and received everything communicated we would and way more. The feeling of comfort and home is hard to advertise, but the "penthouse" felt like staying with family that made space for us to enjoy. The decor is a vibe in itself. Trust me when I tell you to set your alarm for the sunrise, just open a window, and enjoy. I almost don't want anyone to know about this place so that I can keep it open for my bookings, but this one needs to be experienced.

Amber is absolutely amazing! We've just booked our stay and had to make a change after confirmation. Amber was absolutely wonderful to work with and completely accommodating. Our stay is in February so haven't exeprienced the place yet but I will definitely follow up after our stay! So far 10/10 on customer service! Thanks so much Amber!

Beautiful house face to the ocean it’s gives good memories!

We had a lovely stay in Hamilton Coves. The golf cart helped us get around and the pool was heated so nicely and the view was to die for!!!

What a great time at Hamilton Cove! My wife and I + two friends stayed at this wonderful location for the Labor Day weekend and I couldn’t imagine a more beautiful place. I’ve stayed in Santa Catalina many times but never had the opportunity to stay in the Hamilton Cove. Labor Day weekend is a very busy time in Avalon, CA so after spending the day with the hustle and bustle in Avalon it was great returning to Hamilton Cove being so peaceful and serene! Thanks Amber, your property and your professionalism made our weekend fantastic!

Our stay was a 10 out of 10! The view was incredible and the amenities lived up to their promise. My family of 4 fit quite comfortably and the proximity to the pool and ocean was perfect! We will definitely be back!!

Stunning views of the ocean. The host was very attentive. The condo is decorated beautifully, which made it fun for us. So creative. Golf cart was a must have and we appreciated it so much. I suggest ordering fresh fish from town and grilling it at the condo—no need to leave this place. I highly recommend staying here. Enjoy Catalina!

10/10 would stay here again!! We felt like we were in another country, the villa was pure beauty and had everything you could need. Ameneties were perfect for our family. Amber was very responsive and helpful with any and all questions we had as we prepared for our trip.

We had the absolute most MAGICAL time at our stay on Catalina in Villa 33! The condo was pristine, well appointed and perfectly comfortable for a girls weekend away. I am a frequent traveler and quite frankly I'm a little high maintenance and the condo was stunning, well appointed and the property had a lot of beautiful amenities to include tennis courts, bocce ball, mini golf, sand volleyball, basketball, a children's playground, a beautiful beach with phenomenal snorkeling, a pool, Jacuzzi, gym and more that I'm sure I'm forgetting. We had such a wonderful time. The beds were comfortable, and we loved sleeping with the balcony doors open and listening to the ocean lapping on the beach. The couch was huge and the family room had ample seating for us to be comfortable. The condo had absolutely everything we could ever need there to include beach towels, a cooler, etc. Amber was very communicative and so lovely and easy to work with. We had such a great time we actually ended up extending our stay. I have nothing but positive things to say about or stay and can't wait to return with my family. The golf cart was perfect for us to zip around the island and was super convenient. We went to this Descanso beach club and I highly recommend it. The food was amazing and I honestly felt like I was in a different country. The service was top-tier.

My rental condo was by far the best stay experience I have ever had on catalina. The unit was beautiful, private beach, bbq, and pool was amazine! Also your own golf cart to use made our trip activities so much easier to get too! Our host Amber was amazine and took care of everything!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. Just sorry it was for only one night. The views are magnificent and the condo/Villa is exactly as the pictures show. It was clean, very well decorated and totally equipped for our stay. Hamilton Cove is a lovely Area apart from the town of Avalon, and is very well maintained. We loved working with Amber from Catalina dream vacations. Definitely contact them for your next day on Catalina Island.

We stayed at building 18 villa 68. The view from that unit is amazing. The patio is a wrapped-around patio where one side has the view of the ocean while the other side has the view of the Hamilton Cove hillside houses with the ocean view. Amber is extremely helpful, nice and responding to my messages promptly. The villa 1868 is clean, very spacious, and has all the basic essentials. It is midway therefore, there are quite a few steps to go down. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

Our family of five has stayed in Villa 68 for the last two years and we absolutely love it! We just booked for our third year in a row! The accommodations are so nice and clean and spacious and the views are unbelievable. The customer service also goes above and beyond. Our daughter left her stuffed animal and they went and found it and sent it home with our friends on the flyer. We have made this a tradition and plan to stay here for many years to come.

Absolutely stunning views. The place was so nice for relaxing and adventure. Was nice to enjoy the kitchen and have our meals on the deck. We slept so good in the comfy bed and woke up to seeing the ocean at our feet. Amber was so helpful and a class act. The golf cart was nice to run into town then back to this hide away. A huge plus was that the villa included a golf cart for our stay! Amber also has a wonderful on-site attendant who is there for any of your needs. The views? Absolutely stunning. Usually, online photos oversell the place--but not here. Walking in, we were blown away. The panoramic views of the ocean and pool were even better in person. My wife and I celebrated our 22nd anniversary at this home and we loved it so much we did not want to leave having coffee in the morning in the balcony looking over the ocean was amazing and at night looking up at the stars is breast taken we even had a chance to see a cruise ship park in front. This trip to Catalina was a bucket list trip - Catalina Jazz Festival! When making reservations online, i often wonder if the place will be as nice as the photos. Well, in this case, the actual place looks exactly like the photos .... BEAUTIFUL for sure. Everything worked, everything was there, the Golf cart was perfect and the 4 of us had a great time. The owner and team at Catalina Dream Vacations were the absolute best! We've gone to Catalina Island numerous times and always stay at Hamilton Cove but this has to be "The" best experience ever! We stayed in the Penthouse #8-97. It was immaculate. Extremely clean and relaxing. My family loved it and can't wait to go back! We'll stay at least 2-3 days next time.

Where to begin! Our family has stayed at all 4 of the beautiful, Catalina Dream Vacations villas. This time, we stayed at #97. It's a cozy, yet spacious one bedroom (sleeps 4) with fabulous views of the crystal clear waters. Lots of balcony space (2 balconies) for outdoor dining/lounging. The decor is super nice, Pottery Barn/beachy theme. Very clean too! The owners are awesome & always available if/when you need them. We definitely recommend Catalina Dream Vacations to all of our friends & anyone curious about where to stay on the island! Catalina has lots to offer & is a great vacation destination.

We stayed at a villa run by Catalina Dream Vacations and we had the best time! Check in was super easy, they sent tips for taxis, etc, before arriving, which made it even better. Our location came with a golf cart, which I HIGHLY recommend. We will definitely be back.

"My husband and I along with another couple had an amazing stay. The villa is well appointed. Beds are extremely comfortable. Views so incredible that words are hard to find to describe. The boys spent their morning diving at Avalon Dive Park while the ladies couldn't peel themselves away from the patio and mimosas. Would absolutely recommend staying here. One thing to keep in mind, the villa is down quite a few staircases. But definitely worth the effort!"

There are no words how I can express, how beautiful and comfortable our stay was.
